Elyia uses Australia Post for the delivery of all orders. We aim to bring you beautiful pieces at affordable prices, and try to save on shipping where we can so we can pass that saving onto you. We have a few shipping options available, please choose the option most suitable to you.

All Australian orders $80 and over will receive free express shipping and any orders below $80 will have the below options:
Express tracked P&H - $10.95. Usually next business day delivery within metro.
Regular tracked P&H - $7.95.

Our office is in Black Rock, Victoria, which is approximately 18km south of Melbourne just down the road from Southland.
We are happy for you to save postage time or money and collect your order directly from us.

International shipping is offered at a range of different rates:
Option 1: Full tracking + full packaging and handling (including keepsake box) - $17.95 or Option 2: No tracking + limited packaging and handling (not including keepsake box) $4.95.
Rest of the world:
Option 1: Full tracking + full packaging and handling (including keepsake box) - $24.99, Option 2: No tracking + full packaging and handling (including keepsake box) - $18.95 or Option 3: No Tracking and limited packaging and handling (no keepsake box) - $4.95.
Please be advised for all international tracking options you will be required to sign for the package on delivery. Also note the international postage fee only covers Elyia posting the item from Australia to the designated address and does not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs in the country where the order is being delivered; any additional fees or charged lie solely with the customer.
We take all reasonable care to pack and label each item to ensure it arrives safely. Please include all apartment, office, unit etc details when you place your order to ensure it arrives to the correct address. Once the item has been dispatched, Elyia takes no further responsibility for where the order is delivered. If you have purchased tracking, your parcel tracking number will be on record if you need track your item please contact us and we will provide any requested details. If you are having any issues with your package delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you on this.
D E L I V E R Y
Elyia will process and ship your order within 1-4 d business days once payment is cleared. In most cases this will be the next business day. For domestic orders you should receive your package within 1-5 days of the item being dispatched depending on where you live. You will receive an email letting you know your order has been shipped. Regional orders may take longer depending on the destination. For more information on delivery times, have a look at the Australia Post website here.

Most Elyia orders come in a unique Elyia keepsake box that we know you’ll love to store your treasures, hair ties, bobby pins and any other nick nacks you have lying around in. As a general standard, we only include one keepsake box per order. Additional keepsake boxes can be purchased for $7 each - view them here. If you've already put your order through and would like to add an additional box email us at email@example.com and we will send you a paypal invoice.
