E X C H A N G E S 

We understand that online shopping does not always end in happily ever afters. Please reference our size guide before purchasing and email us if you are unsure of how to measure your size and we’ll be glad to provide further help. However if you have purchased the wrong size and would like a to exchange for another size, we will happily exchange the item for you to a different size, provided it’s still looking as shiny and new as when we sent it to you. Return postage will be at the buyer’s expense, and once the item has been returned with all tags and in original condition, the exchange item will be sent back to you via standard shipping. Please let us know if you would require tracking for the return item and we'll arrange an invoice for you for this additional cost. 

You will need to process the return of the item within 5 days of date of delivery. After this time, we are unable to exchange any orders. To return any items please send us an email to info@elyia.com and include your name, order number, and reason for exchange. We will then let you know of the return address to post back the ring. Note: if you're buying the ring for a gift, and the ring doesn't fit, please email us if it's been more than 5 days to resolve. 

R E F U N D S 

Elyia thoroughly quality checks all items before sending, however if you believe you have received a faulty item, please let us know within 24 hours of date of delivery. Send us an email to info@elyia.com and include your name, order number and the fault description and include a photo if possible. Elyia will assess the fault, repair if possible or offer an exchange or refund via your original method of payment. Please note unfortunately Elyia does not offer any refunds for change of mind. 

I  T E M   A V A I L A B I L I T Y

We will endeavour to make sure all items displayed for purchase are in stock. However as stock quantities may not update in real time items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund, or we’ll let you know when the item is getting restocked. Thanks in advance for your understanding on this.

Elyia accepts all payment in Australian Dollars (AUD) via PayPal only which allows you to pay using a PayPal account or a Visa or Mastercard. The PayPal payment gateway encrypts your card details in a secure SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) environment which means that Elyia will never actually view your credit card details. This allows for a 100% safe and secure buying experience that we are 100% committed to. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
